We purchased our appartment in Paris 15th a few months ago. Mathieu was the selling agent (ie we did not hire him to view appartments, we just lucked out that he was hired by the seller). In addition to being very pleasant to deal with, and happily answering all of our questions, Mathieu was also very thorough, explaining with very clear reasoning why the appartment was priced as such. There was no sense 'over-pricing', or of being pushy like most other agents. He was very fair and honest. This is rare within Paris
Everything about the experience was enjoyable. He made himself available multiple times before the signing so we could take measurements. He gave us very useful advice on different aspects of the appartment, including eventual work to be done, pricing on materials etc. He even tried to help us find a parking space. As a nice bonus, we received a very cool care package in the mail afterwords!
